With the arrival of SpaceX and Liquid Natural Gas companies to Brownsville, Texas, Tenant Managers acquired a property on Boca Chica Boulevard in which it will develop 112 multifamily apartment units, a retail plaza, a pad site for a major franchise, and 300 storage units.

The site is in close proximity to The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, the Port of Brownsville, South Padre Island, and Brownsville South Padre Island Airport.  All major retailers and franchises are located within a three mile radius of the site.

The multifamily apartment units will be Class A with amenities new to the Brownsville market, including a club house, fitness center, swimming pool, and business center.  The multifamily apartment units will be an asset to the community with a fresh development and addition to the market.  The multifamily apartment units will be on market to rent by July 1, 2017.
