NIKHIL SHAH, PRINCIPAL
Nikhil Shah is a Principal of Tenant Managers. Nikhil is a graduate of George Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Finance. Nikhil's prior employment included B2B Development for Arthur Anderson, and founding All Star Metals. Nikhil has served as Chairman of the the Brownsville Utilities Board PUB-CAP committee. Nikhil plays a key role in development strategy.
NIRAV SHAH, PRINCIPAL
Nirav Shah is a Principal of Tenant Managers. Nirav is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey, a licensed realtor in the State of Texas, and a graduate of Rutgers University with Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, and Economics, followed by a Masters of Accountancy. Nirav's prior employment included managing mergers and acquisitions at KPMG, and trading commodities as Vice President of All Star Metals, a scrap metal recycling company based in Brownsville, Texas. Nirav served as Treasurer and Board Director of the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce. Nirav plays a key role in identifying, purchasing, and developing assets.
MILI SHAH, LEGAL COUNSEL
Mili Shah is Legal Counsel of Tenant Managers. Mili is a licensed attorney in the State of Georgia, a graduate of New York University with a Bachelor of Science of Economics and Business, followed by a Doctor of Jurisprudence and Masters of Business Administration from The University of Tennessee. Mili's prior employment included practicing corporate and commercial real estate law at Kitchens Kelley Gaynes, P.C. and managing the SBA lending portfolio of Inter National Bank. Mili serves as guest speaker to educational institutions, serves as a liaison between the hospitality industry and U.S. Congress, and serves on the board of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association. Mili plays a key role in underwriting and closing transactions and manages a large hospitality portfolio.
